Pupsocks sent me an entirely different order. I ordered red socks with my yellow lab and they sent me purple socks with a brown dog. I understand mix-ups but there is no customer service phone number. You can only use email or their contact form online. I have done both and received no response. I don't have a Christmas gift and am stuck paying for a pair of socks no one will ever wear.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Product & Customer Service Terrible!!! My order was not correct at all. I got the wrong sock size (I orders Small Youth and got Large Adult), wrong design (I ordered Tropical pattern and got White) and my image was very dark and unviewable. It has been a very disappointing experience. I have reached out to their customer service team several times in hopes that they will correct the issue and provide me what I ordered and I have not received a single response. They have not contacted me at all, but of course I am still getting "shop now" and "look at these great deals" type emails. Its very disappointing as they were supposed to be for a child for Christmas and I know the reality is that Pupsocks will not respond, I will be out the cost of the socks and a kid will not get this personal gift for the Holidays. Very Upsetting.

I only received half of order and cannot get anyone to respond to request for information about the other half. Not pleased at all.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks and a blanket in November. I got the email saying that the product shipped 12/1/21. It’s now 12/16/21 and I still have not received the product, I have not been able to get tracking information for the number they sent me, and I’ve emailed the company 4 times to try to resolve this with no response. They were meant to be a Christmas present but it looks like I’m not going to get any resolution in time. I have however gotten 37 junk emails from them trying to get me to purchase more $35 socks that they won’t ship. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing something. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option.

The picture i sent was cropped and used. The picture was of a cat and dog next to each other but only the puppy was on the blanket. I may have not understood the directions but contact from customer service realizing the poc i uploaded would not be on the blanket would have been nice.
