Shipping takes forever and the socks are poor quality

The socks are perfect!! My husband will absolutely love these...they are a Christmas gift. It is exactly how I wanted them to be, they did a great job!!

The socks are really thin and the material feels cheap, the image is blurry, looks like poor quality work, not too happy with them. Too expensive for what I received. I just won’t buy anything else from Pup socks. I was really expecting better quality and a nice clear image. Not the case. Definitely not pleased. Maybe they are okay for some people but didn’t meet my expectations.

I received a tracking number within 3 days of my order. The problem is 3 weeks later the post office still has not received the package and I have yet to receive any responses to my inquiries of where my blanket is or when it will be shipped. Also assume I will not get it in time for Christmas as we are a week away. Very disappointed as this was the gift I was looking forward to giving the most.

I ordered socks as a Christmas gift on 11/25 to be proactive & get my gift in time. After over 2 weeks, I received my package and was sent someone else’s socks. Mistakes happen, but I was hoping for more urgency since it was obviously the company’s fault. It took 4 days for a customer service response and they said they will remake and resend my order. I asked if there would be any expediting (expedited production or at least pay for expedited shipping) and they said no. So now I will have to wait another 2+ weeks like it was a brand new order and my gift will be arriving after well the holidays. So they really did nothing at all to remedy their mistake which is incredibly disappointing. The quality of the socks (from the random order I received) were not soft/comfortable like I would hope. Almost like a thin spandex material.
