Absolutely awful product and service
Absolutely awful product and service. Of the two products I ordered one looks terrible and the other doesn't have my image on it. No response from customer service after several attempts to reach them.

The photo that I sent got cut in half…
The photo that I sent got cut in half and I wasn’t asked if that’s what I wanted. I clearly meant for the full body of my pet. I don’t understand why your team cut it in half nor why I wasn’t asked beforehand.

Look great, wear not so great
Pictures on the socks are adorable. They look exactly like what I sent. I love the idea of these personalized socks. A little disappointed in the quality. The socks are not soft and feel cheap. They are not stretchy at all and don’t stay up. Not sure how well they will hold up after a wash or two.
