Only received part of my order. The socks are missing. I've contacted customer service twice and no one has responded. It has been more than 72 hours. I am ready to contact my credit card to dispute the charge. Will gladly change this review and rating if PupSocks will correct this issue.

The picture of my pet is cute but the "socks" are not usable as actual socks. They aren't even shaped like socks and are basically two rectangles stitched together. The quality of the material seems low as well. Too bad. Made in China. What I had hoped would be cute, fun, around-the-house socks for my girlfriend are instead probably destined to be become rags of some sort.

We received only one of three items, the tracking number shows all delivered. I submitted a request to customer service and did not receive a response. This was a stocking stuffer, I will not order through pupsocks again. Horrible customer service!

The picture quality is fabulous but the socks themselves are slick rather than soft.

Neat company and product idea, easy to order as well. The socks themselves are kind of weird, not sure what material they are, but they don't really seem comfortable. That being said the picture and colors turned out as expected, just not so much for the actual material of the socks.

I ordered PupSocks mid November for my boyfriend and they arrived just in time for Christmas. I may be biased, but these socks are the most adorable socks I've ever seen. I love to see my dog Brad's face surrounded by hamburgers.

The product itself was great, unfortunately the way it was packaged the adherence of the envelope was stuck to the socks and ruined one of the socks.
