The socks were very dark and you couldn’t make out the image that was on the fabric. I should have been contacted about them before they were shipped. Not happy with my purchase at all.

I ordered 3 pairs of PupSocks as Christmas gifts on November 28th. I just received my order yesterday and 2 of the pairs were completely wrong. They were random cats and dogs...not my pets at all. Now it's a week until Christmas and the company is saying it will be a few days before they can get back to me. Very disappointed.

I have no idea about the quality of the socks since I've not received them yet after 3 weeks from the order. Customer support took 5 days to get back to me with a useless answer like "Yeah we shipped them". In the meanwhile, I've received around 20 marketing emails from them. All of them in the footer says "You can unsubscribe whenever you want" but have no link to actually unsubscribe. Oh... they let you complete the order without signing up to the website. But then all the links you'll receive to check the status of your order will require you to login, making it impossible to monitor the status if you didn't create an account early on.

I placed my order in November, received shipment notice at beginning of December (2nd) and still have not received my order. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response over the last week. I really can’t review the product because I haven’t received it but, the customer service receives 1 star because apparently they are non existent. NOT a happy customer.

I’m planning to return. You can’t even tell that it’s my dog on the socks. It looks like a black blob on the socks.
