The quality of these socks is horrible. The picture is so dark you can't even see the dogs face. I'm embarrassed to give these as a present and now have to scramble for something else-epecially after how long it took to get them.

Picture is perfect on it! Got for a Christmas present and sent one picture of a dog and they came out so good!

The product is great, my wife loved the socks I got her for her birthday, I gave three stars because in spite of ads on the website claiming fast shipping, it was very slow. Customer service was also slow and not very helpful. I made a note for the designer which was completely ignored, I recognize that all special requests cannot be granted, but when working with similar custom design companies, I’ve been sent a mock-up before my order shipped and been able to approve it. I would have appreciated seeing the product before it shipped.

Update: After over 3 weeks I received them. Shipping isn’t the most buyer friendly as the package sat in Arizona for over 5 days until movement. The printing is good on the sox. But as they are a gift I cannot vouch for softness or comfort of sock material. Would I buy again? Probably not. I never received them. I email you but never received a reply either. If I do receive them I will change my review.

Horrible experience. Horrible communication. Much longer than advertised production/shipping times. I was led to believe my product was lost or having issues, so I ordered from another company (which took my order, kept me in the loop of production and shipping status AND delivered to my house before I heard back from this company). Then when they did FINALLY get back to me, they gave me the incorrect information!! They said my order was still in “special production” but then it arrived two days later. So the customer service (if you could even call it that) people clearly don’t have actual visibility of what is happening with their orders. Would NOT recommend. There are other companies doing it better and more efficiently for the same price.

Awsome. Blankets looked great. Order came on timely manner. Very pleased.

Got notification order shipped. Tracking didn’t work for days. Checked online in account, said order hadn’t shipped. Different tracking. Reached out to Customer Service to never hear back after initial auto reply. Order showed up about a week later. Lacking in customer service. Cute socks - could be better quality.

I was confused on the site when ordering, so therefore did not receive the blanket that I wanted. I was unable to see a picture of the blanket before I ordered. I love the blanket, but I wanted a different color, so that the dogs face could be seen better. I thought that I had ordered gray, but received brown, which is the same color as the dog.
