I’m sad that they didn’t turn out exactly right, one of the dog faces is great, the other is dark and blurry. Wish someone had contacted me to tell the image didn’t look right before making them. It looked fine on my end beforehand. They are a gift, and I’m still giving them. But not as pleased as I would have been had the photos come out correctly..

I contacted customer service last week regarding my socks. The image is very dark. No response

I have only received HALF of my order and your website says my order is complete. I only received the: Blanket & Mask 😷 And in the package there was no receipt or order information. I have NOT received the 2 pairs of Socks 🧦. I'm STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE! I have been trying to contact PupSocks for OVER A WEEK AND STILL NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE 2 PAIRS OF SOCKS THAT I PAID FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE. -Which are Christmas Presents! They have an automated reply that says someone will contact me WITHIN 48-72 HOURS -ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND STILL NOTHING!! There is NO phone number to actually call and talk to a person. This company has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I now have to dispute these charges and hurry up and find another Christmas Present. Very Disappointed!

I have written twice about my order being incorrect with a response. Please correct my order or refund my money. You sent me someone else’s order.

You shipped the wrong product . Then you never responded when I sent an email regarding the problem . Is there a lower score than 1 star? That’s what you get.

Got shipping confirmation weeks ago. No socks! Tracking number doesn't show any progress.

Blanket did not print pics very well. Have tried many times to connect with Customer service and have never received any response. Wouldn't recommend this company.
