Yo guys still have not got back with me on my order shortage i sent three emails still haven’t heard anything yet you guys suck

I ordered 2 pairs is socks 6 weeks ago. On 12/03 I received an email that they supposedly shipped out. It’s now 12/17 & the shipping carrier states it’s still waiting to be picked up. I wanted these for a Christmas gift & I highly doubt I’ll have them in time.

I was sent someone else order. I sent a message through to website and emailed. No response.

These are the lowest quality socks you can imagine. The child size socks I ordered are too big for me. They are basically hospital socks, just shy of disposable. I sent the artwork in already cut out and they edited them further. Quite disappointed with this purchase and would never order again.

Ordered three pairs of socks only received one pair and can’t get a response from customer service . Horrible customer service I don’t recommend them unfortunately

I ordered socks. They were abnormally large socks. They took WEEKS to arrive. I have emailed several times and sent facebook messages. Got zero response. Would never purchase again.

You messed up my order (wrong color and size) and haven't responded to multiple emails I've sent over the past week asking you to fix it. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter but I've wasted my money. Terrible customer service!!!

Bit of a bump after receiving the wrong order but Pupsocks made it right and before Christmas! Happy with the product!
