I did not get the socks I ordered I have been trying to communicate with the company since the day they were supposed to arrive and I have not been able to get anybody to get back to me so honestly I think it's terrible I have not gone on social media yet to spread the word of how bad it is giving you guys a chance to get back to me but I guess we'll see

I am still waiting for my socks, it has been about 4 weeks. It was meant to be for a present which has now past! I have emailed and had no response.

The picture on the socks was exactly the picture I sent! Very clear. I'm so excited to give them to my friends this Christmas!

I was unhappy with the blanket I purchased due to a printing error (my dog is white and one of his ears looked totally brown in the picture. I actually thought at first that I had gotten someone else’s order). I have reached out 4 times and only get an automated “someone will contact you.” Well no one has contacted me despite their supposed replacement policy. Do not buy from this company because if you’re unhappy for any reason no one cares.

One of my orders were correct, the other order was incorrect. No where near what I ordered. It was even a pic of another dog not mine. I have sent numerous messages to pupsocks since receiving my incorrect order, and they have not replied to any of them. I will not order from them anymore

So here's the thing: I bought socks and blankets. The socks came out great. I did a facemash of four of our pets, a few of which had darker fur. I strongly recommend not doing this in the facemash blanket option. Turns out too dark and images become somewhat indistinguishable. I think PupSocks should point that out when ordering. -- that it is the best option for pets/people with lighter fur or tones. Also, I dropped nearly $400 on my order. About a day after my first one I added another blanket. They charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99. Not too bad, but I asked if they could just combine the orders when shipping and save the extra albeit small cost. They utterly refused. Figured they might acquiesce given the money I spent with them. Nope. I relatively small dollar amount but I expected them to accomodate a bit more. Hence the lower rating.

The socks received were not mine or what I ordered. Wrote to customer service twice and have heard nothing.
