The socks have very limited heel and the toe is the same width as the entire sock. The fabric used is very cheap and thin. They are not comfortable! I spent $26 on garbage

I would love to give a great review, but I've only received 1 item out of 5 items ordered on November 26th, 2021. It's now December 17, 2021 and my 4 messages to customer service over the last couple weeks have all gone unanswered. Please refund my money if you can't send my 4 pairs of socks before Christmas. Thank you.

I can't recommend PupSocks. During the Black Friday rush and during all the promotions that their competitors offered I opted to go with PupSocks for three pairs of socks. My order was placed on Nov. 27th and I received it on Dec 14. The issue is I only received two of the three pairs. I reached out asking for the third pair and I have yet to hear back from them. They warn it will take up to 72 hours for them to respond. Yeah, its over 72 hours now. I realize Christmas is busy but there is no way they can get me my third pair which was a Christmas gift prior to Christmas. Overall, their socks have a muddy look to the animal faces that I did not experience with one of their competitors last year. Coupled with the poor customer service follow-up (none), I would look elsewhere for personalized novelty socks. I will resolve this through my credit card company for the missing $35 pair.
