I was very excited to gift these socks to my brother-in-law (who lives in Europe) for Christmas. I ordered these socks on December 10, with the promise of the website that they would arrive within 10 business days. Well, they never did arrive until after I left town on the 26th to see my brother-in-law. When I got home from my trip, the socks were here, but the dog was not. Two random dogs were the socks I received. No big deal, PupSocks will take care this, right? WRONG! They will not give me a full refund and say they will subtract the "customization fee" from my refund. The customization was wrong, which I believe I should not be charged for it. On top of that, the socks are cheap and not good quality. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing pupsocks and stay clear of this company.

I recieved wrong information about the delivery service provider so I could not track the package and I was not contacted by the service partner. This meant that my order was send back to the US (I ordered international shipping) before I was even notified by costums. This was money out the window - and I really just wanted the package, which I will now never get. Order number 2663203.

I have not received my order and I made it in November. According to the pupsocks checkout I expected it before Christmas. When I try to check the shipping status, it only appears as “shipment information received” since December 17. Today is January 24.

We love our blanket from PupSocks! It is soft and durable. It is so cute and looks just like I hoped it would! I highly recommend PupSocks and will definitely use them again.

I was very disappointed how one pair of the socks turned out. I reached out 3 different times and haven’t gotten a response and it’s been over. Month. I definitely will not purchase from pup socks again

Very disappointed- I ordered socks in October for Christmas gifts. An empty bag arrived after Christmas. They have not responded to three attempts to contact them. I get the same “we’re very busy” auto email each time with no follow up.
