Over a month to receive socks After multiple emails, I finally received the socks more than a month after I had ordered them. PupSocks offered me a partial refund but 17 days later I have not received that either.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks: 2 with my dog, and one for my aunt. I received 3 pairs of socks, but only 1 was correct. The other 2 pairs were random dogs. The one pair that was correct looks nice. I verified my order online- it is correct for what I wanted, and definitely not what I got. These were supposed to be Christmas presents. I immediately contacted customer service- I was told that it would be 72 hours before someone got back to me. Understandable around the holidays, but it’s now been 5 days. I’ve gotten a ton of emails asking me to order more, but not a word from customer service. I love the charitable angle, which I why I was willing to pay so much for socks, but this experience is just disappointing.

I ordered my socks at the end November, 3 weeks later I get a package with someone else socks with someone else dog! I have emailed twice since receiving the incorrect order and no one has responded. It has been 5 days since the first email was sent. I am disappointed because this is a Christmas gift, and I placed my order in November to avoid any delays.

I have been waiting for my socks for a month and a half! When I check my account it says they were shipped Nov 19 today is Dec 18, the tracking number does nothing, Pup socks said it’s on the way and to contact the delivery company and they have no record of my order. Have contacted pup socks many times and all they say is it’s on the way! Have asked for a refund but still no response

I ordered socks with hearts and my cat's face. After weeks of waiting, I received argyle socks with a dog's face. Mistakes happen, so I reached out to report my issue. 3 days later and I haven't heard back from customer service yet....definitely regretting this idea for a Christmas gift!

The first time my order was shipped, the package was open on one end and empty with a note from the post office that they received it that way. Communication with this company is random at best. The second shipment finally arrived and I was VERY disappointed in the quality of the product. The socks are not soft at all; they're very stiff and I can't imagine having them on feet. Also, my directions for the photos were NOT followed. My dogs are black. I asked for the background behind them to be left in on the cropping for contrast. Instead, they were cropped close to the faces - so the socks look black with vague images of their brown eyes all over the socks. Creepy. $30.00 down the drain. Will not order again and I don't recommend this company.

I placed an order for Christmas. I received the wrong item in my order. I've tried contacting them both via email and their online request and have yet to hear any response. Calling them is not an option either. Poor service. Poor experience
