I can’t even see the picture on the socks. It blurs in with the background!

The size and quality of the socks came out nothing like what I had expected when placing the order based on reviews and website information. I reached out to the customer service team 3 separate times over the span of a month and still have not heard back. Terrible customer service and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Not only have I not received the order I placed in NOVEMBER, but I can’t even get anyone to respond to my request. This feels like a scam. At this point, just give me my money back, you’ve already ruined our Christmas present for my brother.

Although the socks and mask turned out great, I only received half of my order. I've messaged the company and still haven't heard back. It's disappointing. These were too be Christmas gifts.

You asked, ‘How did we do?’ … I wouldn’t know as it has been nearly 1 month and I still do not even have tracking information for my order. These are bare minimum requirements in e-commerce in 2021 . Do better Pupsocks.

I ordered two pairs of socks one red and one blue with both my dogs pictures on them. I have only received the blue pair although it says my order is complete. Additionally, my second dogs image is just an outline not his actual picture. Very disappointed.
