Poor quality sock materials

Great socks, photo of my pup came out clear. Comfy too

We received our order very late, and only 2 of 4 items have arrived. I have reached out to the company twice on their customer service website and no one has responded yet, even though they state you will hear back “within hours.” It has been several days since each contact has been made. The company had no problem charging us in full even though half the shipment has arrived. Worst customer service, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have chosen to give a one star rating because I cannot give zero stars. I ordered my product a month ago and still have not received my purchase. I have reached out multiple times with no reply back. This company has horrible customer service and honestly terrible service in general.

The quality of the socks are very poor. I reached out to customer service but haven’t heard back yet.

The totally wrong order. Just in time for Christmas. Socks came with the wrong picture, wrong color and size. Took forever to arrive. Total disappointment. Thanks.

Received the wrong product on December 6, finally responded to our chats,emails,phone calls on Dec 12 saying they would get back to us. It is now Dec 18 and still no help. We have disputed the charge and have had it with them
