I wanted a blanket with two faces on it and when I got it I only had one dog on it. One face and I emailed the company and have not heard back. It's been a week

The socks were poor material and looked nothing like any of the advertised photos. The cropping of the photos sent were rather blurry and showed my pets face disproportionate.

I received the wrong socks. Totally wrong dog and pattern. The quality on top of it was not good. I tried contacting them but they never got back to me. I would like a full refund.

Excellent quality socks, reasonably quick shipping, tasteful and well executed art.

Not worth the money. Poor quality and even worse service. Only received partial order and when I contact Pupsocks no one ever gave feedback. Very cheap socks. Would not purchase anything from this Supplier.

Can't find a phone number to contact this company. I tried emailing them after I received an email asking me to rate their product and it stated that if I haven't received it yet, to contact them. At the time, I hadn't received the product, so I did contact them, by email but received no response. Two days later, I received a pair if socks from the company. But it wasn't what I ordered. I sent a picture of my dog, but got a pair of socks with a random dog on it. IT WAS NOT MY DOG. Again, I can't find a phone number to call to get this resolved. Just sent another email on how to get this problem resolved. We'll see if I get a reply and get this issue resolved. It's my fault that I paid $37.17 for one pair if socks, but I thought it would be a great Christmas present. You live and learn. Very disappointed, especially because it was a company based in the USA.

The design looks great, did not know what to expect but i am very happy!

I am yet to receive this order.
