Pics were great but quality of socks is terrible. They are very thin and the material is cheap.

I received one half of my order and zero follow up other than this customer review after I submitted an inquiry on the website. The shipping notification showed two pairs of socks shipped. And I was charged for both pieces. Only one arrived. It also took over 30 days to receive my order.

Disappointed-our dog is mostly black, but he does have some mottling white/brown around the face and snout. The face on the socks came out completely black-you cannot see eyes unless you strain, so it basically looks like a black blob. Sock material is strange-not the texture of a sock at al. lActually feels more like tie material (shiny polyester). Would give just one star but sometimes I don't trust one star reviews. I can't decide whether to give them to my husband or not. Wish I had read reviews first. If I'd known the average was 3 stars I never would have purchased them. Got suckered into them through an Instagram ad. I should know better.

Order on 30th November still not reserved order 24th December, was for a Christmas present. Blanketed with advertising emails from pup sock but no way to speak to customer service regarding order

Ordered on 11/29, recieved email saying shipped on 12/9, it's 12/23 and I have nothing. Tried contacting but just get email saying we'll call you in a couple days!

I bought a pair for my daughter and daughter-in-law for Christmas using photos they had sent me through the years of their dogs. Needless to say, they LOVE their PUPSOCKS ! 🐶🐕‍🦺🦮🐶 They turned out so cute! I received numerous order and shipping updates and the socks arrived quickly. Two thumbs up!! Thank you! Now, I need to order some for myself!😊

Ordered placed on 11/28. Christmas gift for my son. Still haven’t received it. 12/23. Have sent multiple emails for a week with no response from the company!
