I ordered custom socks on 11/29 and I didn’t receive them until 12/21. And they sent me the wrong socks with a picture of someone else’s dog on them! These were supposed to be a Christmas present. Please contact me so I can receive the correct socks….

Slow postage, ordered 2 weeks ago and stil not arrived.

I love your socks! However, I'm giving the 4 pairs as Christmas presents, so I'm not sure yet about fit, etc. They look beautiful!

There are better than I was hoping, they are going to be a perfect Christmas gift from the dog.

I received my order and it was wrong. I got socks with someones cats on them and not my dog. I have written two emails and did the chat options as well and haven’t received a response. I’m highly disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

I have received my dog blanket later ( in time for Christmas. The original email was to send the dog blanket on December 1st 2021. I did not receive my dog blanket by then. The dog blanket was paid.

I ordered them over a month ago and they still haven't arrived. Tracking says they are sitting in a warehouse. So much for giving them as a Christmas present. I won't be using this place again.

I was only sent 1 out of 3 pairs of socks ordered. I have paid for all. I have sent multiple emails with no response. The one pair i did receive looks great and we love them but I have 2 other children that want their socks too!!!! I will change my review once I receive some communication. The response I got on Dec 16th was to allow 72 hours for contact, it’s Dec 24th!
