The items themselves are perfect if you get the right order. Customer service when they send you the wrong items not so great. They sent me someone else’s items and my emails and phone calls go unanswered. Mistakes happen I get it and not a problem, but at least respond to your customers.

Ordered 1 pair of socks on November 26th with the understanding that, as it states on the website, “You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days”… 12-15 business days for international orders (I ordered from and to the US). The order wasn’t even shipped until December 12th and it’s now December 24th - still have not received anything. In terms of junk emails though, you guys on on freaking point.

I am frustrated and disappointed with this company. I ordered 3 custom items as Christmas gifts. One arrived and the others did not, despite my shipping confirmation indicating that they were all packaged together. I have contacted the company 3 times and received no responses. So I am short 2 Christmas gifts and the cost of 2 pairs of absurdly-priced socks. I cannot believe no one has responded to any of my email inquiries, and I am unable to find a contact phone number.

I received my order but it was for someone else's cat, instead of a picture of my dog that I ordered. I've tried to contact their customer service through email, online chat, Direct message on Instagram, and a facebook post, and ZERO replies to my inquiries. It also took 2 weeks to ship. Buyer Beware!

I ordered the socks and was advised that the socks would take between 8-10 business days. The socks ended up taking 3-days under a month to arrive, Glad that the socks arrived before Christmas however I won't be using this service again.

I was disappointed with the end result mainly because the materials of the socks feels like a cheap plastic. I also thought the picture of my dog was too dark and the designers could have lightened it a bit. Overall great concept but poor execution.

I receive the wrong item with the wrong face and they dont even answer to my email. Please do not buy from them

I ordered three pair of pup socks but only received two. I emailed customer service and received an automated response stating they would respond within 72 hours, which seems reasonable given the holidays. However, I’ve received no response a full week later. Now I’ll have a kid feeling left out with a fun stocking stuffer! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
