My order was placed 3 weeks ago and was said to have shipped over 2 weeks ago and yet the tracking has never updated and after writing to the company multiple times just seeking any kind of info I have received nothing back and still have no clue where my order is. It’s a busy time of year but I think they could do much better.

Sock image is adorable but socks themselves are awful. Terrible quality, so while the picture is cute, my husband will never wear them.

Everything was great but after I ordered my socks I stopped getting updates after I received an email saying the order had been received. So I had to contact customer support and was told I would receive emails and I never did. Quality was great, so were the pictures, but shipping was stressful and didn't give me updates.

the socks were just a silhouette of my dog, not her face. reached out to customer service twice with no response. completely unsatisfied with the whole experience

The picture of my dog looks amazing. I was disappointed in the material and the fit of the socks.

XS is more like an adult size 6. Bough these for my 8 year old son. Not shaped like socks at all. They are two completely flat pieces sewn together at two ridged seams. Complete waste of $27. Cute but not worth it.

Got a pair of socks for my spouse. She loves them . They are very well made and the pictures of our kitties came out really good.
