Ordered a Christmas gift for my wife and for starters took a long time to receive the socks. Two it was the wrong size, and worst of all it was not the picture I submitted for printing. This was a bad experience, hope there is a solution for this soon.

Shipping took longer then expected and I was not updated very well about my order my email was only spammed with tons of ads from pupsocks. When the order finally arrived the faces were so dark it’s hard to tell what they are.

I placed my order on Nov. 11 2021. I emailed many times as the promised delivery was shipping within 10 business days and my order still showed as “processing”. I was told I could receive a partial refund and my order would be placed into production and shipped within 5 business days. It was then more than 15 days later before I received confirmation of shipping. That was Dec 5 2021. It is now Dec.25 and my order is still in limbo somewhere in New York. Nothing I was promised actually took place. The website falsely promised 10 business day shipping. The partial refund after admitting they “overlooked” my order never happened. The secondary promise of shipping within 5 days also never happened. I am very disappointed and will not be recommending this company to anyone. And I still don’t have the product so cannot do an accurate “quality” assessment. Pretty sad really!

The pictures came out so dark that you can’t even make out the dogs face. If the pictures we submitted were not good enough or too dark then I would have expected someone reach out and tell us that and ask for a updated/better picture. Instead you just put bad photos on the socks and charged us $30 for socks that look terrible. For $30 for one pair of socks I’d expect the customer service s department to be better in warning what the end product will not be very good.

While the design is cute, the fit and quality are just not there. It was fun to give them as a gift, but I doubt the recipient will ever be able to comfortably wear them.

Very upset and disappointed. Received the completely wrong socks/order. Received instead, a black pug with its tongue out instead of my pot cake Chewy. Emailed customer service several times to no avail. Will not order from you again.

I understand that the product takes time but given that it did and then the quality of the photos I was honestly not impressed. If the photos are too dark (which I don’t believe they were) I would have appreciated someone contacting me and perhaps choosing other photos. Overall a lukewarm experience.

Received the wrong socks and have reached out for a response. No response and would expect more. Still hoping to get a resolution. Will provide update if anything positive happens. Very frustrating to not have any communication and likely have someone else's socks.
