Very nice blanket quality. However the photo on the blanket compared to what you see in the adds wasn’t very good. I guess it could have been the quality of my photo. Not really sure. Was just kind of like seeing the beautiful burger on the poster in the drive thru then getting the disappointment in the bag.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks. One was correct and the other one was wrong. They were socks that someone else had ordered, with someone else’s dog. I attempted to contact you through your website, your chat, and email. I have not heard back from you. It has been more than 72 hours. Your company must be pretty dysfunctional because this is very sketchy behavior.

The blanket featured the wrong face. One face was correct, the other was not. Quality of the blanket is fine, but customer service was very unconcerned with my problem. No suggestions as to how we can make this right.

I ordered socks a year ago and was happy with my experience. I ordered socks and a mask this Christmas and only received the mask. My order says complete as it’s suppose to be all delivered. I have sent 2 emails and have not received any answers as to where my paid products could be or what the company is willing to do. Very disappointed as I really like what the company does and how they help with their profits. But I’m extremely ticked that I feel I have been ripped off. I’m hoping someone will contact me to resolve this issue and restore my faith in Pupsocks.

The item I bought was exactly what I needed. It was a gift for my wife, and she loved it. It was great quality and arrived ahead of schedule. Will definitely use pupsock again.
