Very great experience overall!

I placed an order on December 6 and received no notifications regarding the order for a week. I sent an email to customer service and received no response. I was informed that the item shipped on December 14, but the company did not provide the item to the shipper for yet another week or so. I sent another email to customer service but again received no response. The item FINALLY arrived 2 days AFTER Christmas. I have never heard back from customer service regarding my emails to them. The socks seem relatively cheap too. There are other options for socks with pups on them--choose any of those but do not order from PupSocks.

I purchased a blanket, socks and face mask and was pleased with the look and quality of each. Only issue was that the socks were not fitted like typical socks are, rather more like tube socks. For that reason I'm docking a star. Pic is what counts and they did a good job applying it.

Do not buy these socks. A complete waste of money. Trying to get customer service to answer my emails still. The socks are the poorest quality I have ever seen. Dollar store is better. What a joke.

Still haven't received the socks I ordered on 12/6/2021. The email address doesn't work for pupsocks and Noone has responded to my online inquiry.

The print is well made but the fabric of the socks is very bad quality and feel so cheap

In the FAQ section it says that someone will let you know if you need to change your image. No one informed me that my image was too dark. The image on the dock looks terrible. Very disappointed. Still waiting for customer service to contact me.

The picture of our dog came out great. Very clear. Only thing we wondered about was why the socks were completely straight. Not shaped like a typical sock. Looks like they bunch up at the top of the ankle. Hope that doesn’t become uncomfortable when wearing shoes. Everything else was great and the socks are super cute with our boy’s face all over it. Would recommend buying.
