Excellent rendering of the picture onto the socks, quick shipping, nice packaging. Socks themselves are soft but "a little bulky and with not much elasticity," as reported by the person I gave them to. I might try a blanket next time.

Hi Manuel, Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad you received your PupSocks. I see you weren't too satisfied with the overall sizing of your order and for that, we apologize. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. In order for us to improve as a company, we take your feedback extremely serious. Because we are customer-focused, we would love for you to please give us a 2nd chance to "pup-your-socks off". Please go to Gopupsocks.com and use "Trust20" on any other of our custom-made products! We want and appreciate your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team 🐾

I ordered a face mash pair of socks with my friend's cat's face on them. They came out beautiful! They arrived in less than week, and I was always being updated on the status of the socks, whether they were being processed, made, or in shipment. The material was also very nice and stretchy. I'm so happy with my purchase!

I was completely thrilled with my socks. But, not as happy as my son was when he received them as a gift. It’s good to know a 30 year old man can still get excited over socks. Especially when they have his pup on them! He was extremely pleased! Many thanks 😊

Hi Peter, Thanks for your feedback! We are deeply saddened that these issues occurred. Due to COVID shipping guidelines, your delivery expectation window was severely altered. We wanted to ensure that your order issue has been resolved, however, we could not find any contact attempts. With that said, please look out for an email from our support team.
