Order arrived very late

I was very disappointed in the masks. I purchased 5 masks, the pictures and material of the mask were fine, but the shape was not consistent with the picture on the website. This would not have been an issue if the masks would have been significantly larger, but they were sized more for a small child. This was extremely disappointing as I purchased these for adults and older children. In addition, one of the masks came on a print I did not select. I will not be purchasing again and would not recommend these to anyone else. I would not take the risk of ordering a blanket or socks because I feel l wasted $60; as no one is actually able to use their masks.

Terrible all around! Order was weeks late than it said it would arrive. Customer service wouldn’t respond until WEEKS after and when it finally arrived quality was absolutely garbage. Don’t waste your time especially when there are plenty of other options out there.

The face on the blanket matched exactly to the pic I submitted! Great price and exactly as advertised!

The socks are ok, customizations are good but NOT worth the money or the wait. I placed this order on Nov 17 and recieved them Dec 27. When I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on with my shipment (in mid-December) I recieved an auto-reply stating they'd respond within 72 hours. Almost 2 weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything or recieved my order so I followed up and got the she auto-reply. I still haven't heard from anybody at customer service. Fortunately, my order finally arrived.

What is there to rate? I ordered a pair of PupSocks weeks ago and it never arrived. Tracking? Non-existent. Customer Service? None. I’ll never fall for this scam ever again.

The picture of one of my dogs was way too dark and you could not see his face. The contrast could have been adjusted prior to printing the sock so you could see his face. The other picture was perfect. Overall, I was let down because I had a lot of excitement to see how it was gonna turn out.
