I haven’t received my order and it’s been a month when I reach out I get no response.

My son loved the socks and mask with his puppies face on it. He couldn’t wait to wear them.

Ordered socks to arrive before Christmas. Kept saying “processing” for a week even though I was told 2 days processing and then would be shipped. 7 days later they finally wrote they were “shipped” and gave a tracking number. when I click on tracking number is says waiting for pickup, label created. 8 days later it still says the same thing. I have sent at least 10 messages that all show read but never replied to. Worst customer service I’ve ever run into. Won’t refund, won’t send product! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CC!

Still nothing received. This is December 29th, order placed for Christmas gifts on December 1. Terrible communications I have filled a complaint with PayPal. I had to buy other gifts and from what I am reading online quality is terrible on the ones that people actually received Many got wrong pets #pupsockscam

The quality of the printing on the sock was low. I rec’d a sock with a very dark picture making my dog look black. He is brown. It was printed on a white sock! In addition it took more than 3 weeks to get the product. Would not recommend. Other companies are better.

Very slow to get with no communication as to when they would arrive. Even wrote and asked where they were and got a reply that they would answer me in 5 days! Took 22 days to receive.

I ordered a blanket for my husband for Christmas and he loves it!! It is so soft and came out amazing! I had to order another for our youngest!
