I ordered a pair of PUP socks and 2 Pup masks. Saying my children were surprised was an understatement. PUP socks is an awesome way to bring your pup everywhere you go!

Never received the socks. Ordered well before Christmas with website saying they would arrive before Christmas. Still do not have them 29Dec

The blanket was amazing. However the socks I received didn’t have my dog on them! I have an email into customer service but am still waiting to hear back. I know with the holidays you are likely backed up but I am being patient.

I ordered two pairs of socks for gifts for Christmas, both using the same picture of our dog. They arrived two weeks after they were shipped and when they arrived, only one pair was of my dog and his coloring was wrong. I've sent an email to customer service and received an automated response that because of the holidays it would be 72 hours for a response. It has been well past that and I still have yet to hear from the company as to how they are going to remedy this issue. One person went without a gift - and clearly some other customer has not received their socks with the picture of their cocker spaniel on them either.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks, one of which had the wrong dog. I have contacted the company for two weeks and have still received no reply. I am very disappointed in their customer service. On the positive side, the photos of my dog are bright and well printed. On the negative side, the sock material is much different than expected. The material feels like recycled plastic bottles, and is scratchy on the inside. We haven't worn the socks yet, but I suspect they will be very uncomfortable and more of a novelty than a pair of socks that could actually be worn all day.

I wanted to love these, even like them, but the fit on these are so off. Horrible! Thw top of the sock crinkled and fits oddly. Huge disappointment.

I ordered my one ☝️ pair of socks on Dec. 2 still haven’t received them… they were my husband’s one ☝️ gift 🎁 I was going to give him! I’m disappointed in this service for the last 3 days they say they coming in but every day it gets pushed back! Still no socks🤔… would not recommend ordering from this company

Good idea, bad implementation. The socks look also good, but don't fit to human feet. They can be used as decoration, but not as socks. They are too wide at the toes, but too tight at the foot and ankle. They are uncomfortable and unergonomic. Disappointing... Rating could be average, but for that price my rating is poor.
