I won Christmas with this purchase! The picture came out great on both the socks and blanket!

My order was lost in the mail. I have messaged pupsocks 3 times with zero response. There is no phone number to call. POOR customer service. I can’t even request a reorder or refund. Absurd.

These socks were really disappointing. Very thin and cheap. Which I would have overlooked if the printing looked good - but our pup was nearly unrecognizable and sometimes misaligned with the print, so it just looks dumb. Was a christmas gift for my husband, but I think they're going straight to Goodwill. :( Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the socks. Definitely not worth the money over $80 for 3 pairs of socks. What a joke!!!

I ordered a pair of socks with our dog’s face on it for my girlfriend for christmas at the beginning of the month. The package then arrived after Christmas but it was the wrong order. Not the socks I ordered and not even our dog’s face. When I reached out to the customer service with my problem and a request for my money back, the response was that I apparently I haven’t ordered anything from them. I even have all the mails and the order number, which I put in the complaint as well - didn’t matter. Keep your hands from that shop!! p.s. anyone who has received the blue socks with bones and the face of a grey lab, reach out to „kkiesinger@ me.com“. Maybe I have yours (superdad theme and black dog)

While the socks were nice the customer service was terrible. No way to contact the company via phone or email. Tracking number did not show any tracking. Order placed November 18th Received notice of shipment December 15th. Arrived December 27th
