Still have not gotten order and it’s way past Christmas

I’ve contacted customer service 3 times since my 12/9 order date and 12/15 sent day with a Christmas guarantee with no response. I think it is such a lack of customer service to receive this email survey questionaire with still no response from my actual inquired about my order and no refund whatsoever. I understand there are supply chain issues but the lack of customer service is saddening and unbelievably disappointing.

Terrible quality and hard to get a response from this company. Very unhappy!

Love the design and the idea behind it. However, the quality is not the best. It is a fun product but do not expect it to last, an average quality.

The face is super dark on the blanket and hard to see. Super disappointed since this was a gift and it was of our doggo that recently passed away unexpectedly.

Ordered for Xmas on 3rd of Dec and was informed that Int. orders take 12 - 15 business days. Order was finished on 19th of December, I reached out to CS, waiting 11 days now for an answer. Tracking says "Shipping information received". I give it 5 more days before I activate PayPal buyers protection.

Quality was just mediocre at best, and print only on one side.

Pros: - The socks did arrive, eventually. - Head cropping/design was competent. Cons: - The socks took 6 weeks to arrive (ordered 11/15, shipment label created 12/14, delivered to UPS 12/22, received 12/29). These times are very different from what's promised on the website, which promised 5 business days to fulfill, not 30 days plus 2 weeks for shipping. From the UPS dates it also seems the socks also sat around for 8 days before reaching the UPS facility. - Customer service doesn't really work. I left 2 chats on the website and received an auto-reply that I would get an email response within 3 days. I eventually got a reply over 2 weeks later - No fiber content listed on website or on label, they feel 100% synthetic. The FTC requires clothing to list fabric content, so I'm not even sure how this is legal. - No sizing on label, sizes M and L appear identical - Image distortion with lots of white showing on undyed fabric when worn. This means that unfortunately the socks are cutest when in the drawer, not on the foot.
