Very poor service. I ordered items in advanced and I still haven’t received anything. Communication is horrible. They expect you to leave a review right after you make an order but when the service is pure doo. I will not be ordering again.

The quality of the image of our dog's face on the socks was very high; clear, crisp and not blurry or lo-fi. They look great!

Disappointed to have to pay custom fees that make the item expensive, bad surprise...

I bought a pair of socks and a blanket. They both look amazing. The socks are a little stiff, but the blanket is so soft and wonderful. My daughter loved them both! Great quality. Now, for the cons, I ordered at the end of November, and the website said it would ship in less than two weeks. I get a shipping confirmation in plenty of time for Christmas delivery, but when I try to track the package, it says it is ready for UPS. They can’t find my package. And when I email pupsocks, they write me a generic “ sorry we will get back to you in 3 or more days” that would put it after Christmas before my issue was even addressed. I really never expected there to be any issue with getting my items in time. I shop online a lot. So, I know what is typical. They arrived on Christmas Eve. We were happy, but no response ever came From pupsocks, and that is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Great quality socks, and accurate for what I ordered.

You sent the wrong socks and will not return emails. There is no contact number provided, so how can I get ahold you someone to remedy this. Not only did you basically steal my money, but you ruined a Christmas present. Moreover, there is probably someone else out in the world with the pair of socks you sent me and you're doing the same to them.

I love love love the blanket I ordered my daughter for Christmas. My daughter had two cats; one died in Jan/21 at 17 years old just four days before her uncle passed from COVID and her 10 year old cat passed away one week before Thanksgiving. Suffice to say she had a rough year and really misses her cats. I loved the blanket with her 10 years old cat’s face all over it. It made her sad but at the same time knows her cat will be mere feet from her sight. I am so impressed how good it turned out that I am probably going to order her another blanket with the older cats face for Valentine’s Day. It did take longer then I thought but it was the holidays and they were backed up. Besides the company donated cat and dog food to the Humane Society. Let’s buy people. Oh they have socks too.

My order was sent to the wrong address. I have not received it. None of my emails to customer service have been answered. I would give you zero stars if that were an option.
