Still have not received my package despite it shipping 12/16. Sent multiple messages across different platforms with no response. tracking number shows it hasn’t been dropped off at a mail facility yet.

Took 7 week for socks to arrive. Customer service sucked. Socks are correct and feel nice but have absolutely no foot shape to them, just tubes. Will not buy again.

The item arrived much later than anticipated and tracking could not locate the package however it did finally arrive. During this time contacting the company in any way but responding to a previous email was impossible….no phone number or address is listed anywhere on line. The product it self was cute.

The pictures are very clear on the socks.

My two [adult] kids got a huge kick out of seeing our beloved dog on a pair of fun socks! Happy with our order, although I wish I’d been more specific about cropping—some of our dog’s characteristic scruffiness was not included. 😅 I’ll know better next time! Also, I ordered 11/29 but didn’t receive until late in the day 12/24, which seemed later than advertised…?

I ordered 2 pair socks for my sons stocking stuffers on November 28th. I received an email saying they were shipped on the 14th of December. When I try to track my package it says UPS is awaiting package. I have reached out to this company on two different occasions by email. I received an automated response saying they would reach out in 72 hours. No luck either time with a real response. Super cute idea but this company doesn't follow through with anything, other than charging you right away. Very disappointed. I would definitely go with another company!!

Terrible. Ordered my items on Dec. 8, and still haven’t received on Dec. 30. Don’t order from this site!!
