Worst customer service experience ever. It's been 3 weeks and my order still hasn't shipped even though they sent an automated email saying it had. Nobody has responded to email or Facebook messages. Terrible! Do not buy from this company.

Would of gave 5 stars, but the image didn't come out like I assumed it would. May I suggest sending a proof before the image is printed on. Might save a lot of grief in the future. Other than that I am very happy with what I got and more importantly my daughter loves them.

I ordered these socks for my teenager and was very excited. The dogs picture was cropped leaving one ear!! That is my biggest complaint. I do not care for the material of the socks. I should have read more carefully because I assumed they were normal cotton socks. The top elastic bonding that keeps the socks up is awkward and stretched out so the socks do not stay up!! I don’t mind paying $30 for a great gift but these are certainly a disappointment.

Socks are so ridiculously large and disproportionately cut, its ridiculous.. Also, it took over 2 weeks to ship from Atlanta to North Carolina, and the item was received several days after Christmas and was supposed to deliver beforehand. Pretty disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. You can’t even tell what kind of animal is on the socks. I emailed customer service and still haven’t heard back either. I will never buy from this company again. If you’re smart you’ll do the same

I never received my order. I emailed 5 different times in regards to it and still have not received a reply. I ordered socks on thanksgiving in hopes to receive for Christmas but still have not received.

My Girlfriend ordered me a pair of socks for Christmas. They were supposed to have our Dog’s face on them. Instead, they came late (she paid for 2 day air with “delivery by Christmas, money back guarantee”) just today. They also came with the face of some random man (you can’t even see his face since they printed so dark) and some random woman (her hair is horribly cut off). Is this even a real company? I still plan to show these off at work tomorrow so that I can explain to everyone in the office why they should never ever waste their money on “PupSocks.” Trash.
