i ordered my socks over 3 weeks ago and just keep getting spam emails - still no socks

The quality of the socks I received were subpar, especially for the prince, and the photo of the cat I chose to be printed was terrible.

I had a few questions prior to placing my order. None of them were answered, however I was eventually able to find the information I needed on the website. I also needed the delivery address changed prior to the order's completion, but despite the change being applied (and even appearing on the "order shipped" email I received), the order was not delivered to the revised address.

Doesn't work on person with long hair. I ordered one sock with a dog and one with a person. The dog one turned out cute but the person one looks strange because she has long hair. It might look better with someone with short hair. Also, order arrived late.

Quality product and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I would give a 5 star but after I placed I was left in the dark about when they would arrive. There was no estimated date and whenever I tried to use the tracking info they sent me, it would just tell me that the order was ready to ship. Even 2 days after I received my order the tracking info still showed it was ready to ship. Other than that though the buying process was very easy and the socks turned out great!

I am really impressed with the images of my dogs on the socks. They were a great hit for my whole family. Will order again for all of my pet loving friends. I love them!!!

Updating original review. Pupsocks customer service was diligent in delivering a replacement for my original order, which was never received. I'm pleased with their responsiveness and am thankful to finally receive my order.
