Timing was good but the image was unrecognizable.

Bought a pair of PupSocks for my daughter as a Christmas present. I had our dog's photo put on the socks and they came out PERFECT! It was him exactly and she was so excited when she opened them and saw his adorable face all over her socks! Thank you so much PupSocks!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

I don't get an answer and the mail address I sent to gives an error. Shipment still not received and is only still in step 1 since 18/12/2021. Please someone give me an update asap or refund my money.

The picture of my animals came out cute. That is the only thing I liked. I would've preferred a better material used for the socks. They don't stay up and are uncomfortable.

I tried to contact PupSocks support email, and delivery failed. Their product was unacceptable, and I apparently can't contact them.

I ordered a blanket on December 8, 2021, with extra for shipping, since it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I still have not received my item. I also haven't received an updated location on my item, so I don't even know if its in route or lost in the mail.

I didn‘t receive my Order. Nobody answered my request about the Status of my Order.
