Excellent timing, good quality

Overall, the picture and design on the socks was good but I wasn't given the option to choose size. The socks were for a 9-year-old and they didn't fit at all. They were made for larger shoe sizes apparently, so it would have been nice to get a smaller size for her.

Seriously impressed with the quality of this blanket! It’s so soft and cozy. The image of the pup is amazing! The colors are bright and vibrant. If you’re debating if it’s worth it to buy, the answer is yes!

Great product

I placed an order with Pupsocks and they sent me the wrong pair of socks - a different background with a picture of another dog's face. I've tried to contact them multiple times, both through the website and using the link that they provided in the email asking for this review, and have received no reply. The email I sent them (using the address in the link) was returned as undeliverable. So now not only did I not have one of my Christmas gifts to give, but I'm also out the cost of the socks and stuck with someone else's order. I'm really unimpressed.

This is a great idea but it seems like socks can be either printable or wearable…not both. The material is a flat slick plastic-y thing that does not resemble a sock. For the price I was expecting a nice product. Hard pass on this. It also didn’t arrive on time but I’m giving that a Covid-related pass.

Horrible experience and still have not received my expensive holiday order. It was stated domestic orders would be delivered 8-10 business days from order. It is now one month and still not here. Missed Christmas for my gifts. Sent three emails to customer service with no responses. They have no phone number or place to call to speak with anyone. I think this company may be a scam and I am out hundreds of dollars. Edit: they finally arrived today. The images are poor the socks are not good quality and I am missing two from my order and got one of someone else’s cat sent in my order.
