Ordered it at beginning of December. Still didn’t arrive.

Purchased blanket 12/16/2021 and paid for 2 day air Christmas money back guarantee. Blanket shipped 12/21/2021 no problem should be here by n 23rd or 24th at latest. Wrong! Blanket didn’t arrive until 12/29/2021. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone for refund or explanation. Have sent several emails and submitted information through their help section of website and nothing. Blanket wasn’t the best quality and my animals face looked oddly shaped. I wouldn’t order from these people for sheer lack of communication.

Got the wrong sock design WITH THE WRONG DOG ON THE SOCK AND NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!

The picture of the dog they put on the socks i ordered is completely unrecognizable. Don’t waste your money, the socks do not come out as they advertise and they won’t even respond to me about getting a refund

I ordered a blanket for my daughter for Christmas, which didn’t arrive until 12/28, although it was suppose to be here in time. So I had to show her the 3 pictures of her cats and explain to her the gift she would be receiving. She sat on the couch and broke into tears. One of the pictures was of her vey first adopted kitten who passed away at the very young age of 6 months old. I am glad that I opened the package when it arrived. I was so disappointed and shocked at the quality of the blanket that I was now the one in tears. The one cat’s face is pretty clear. You can see the eyes of one of the other cats but the rest of her face is dark. And the third cat you can barely find and that is if you know you’re looking for a third. Nobody else would even know there was a third cat on this blanket. I reached out to the company 3 different times and 3 different ways to absolutely no avail. I wish I had seen the reviews before I wasted my money on this item. I will NEVER buy from them again and would recommend not wasting your money either.

I was completely satisfied with the blanket. I expected to receive the item sooner than I did based on the date of shipment. Seems that it sat for a few days before UPS took over.

I ordered these as a gift for my niece and she got socks with the wrong color and wrong dog that say I Love Mom. I've tried to contact customer service several ways to get the correct sock printed and the email bounces back as an invalid address and the chat support says they will email you... $30 down the drain.

I still haven’t received my order. I got a tracking number ages ago, but it still doesn’t give any info, as if UPS never received the item, just the tracking code. Totally lame. This was supposed to arrive for Christmas, per your Facebook ad.
