I got someone else’s socks . So I wasn’t able to give as a gift.

My order came really late after it was guaranteed to have it by Christmas. And the socks did not fit because the size chart was not accurate. You couldn’t even see the dogs face in the photo. It’s also very frustrating that you can’t call this place and no one emails you back.

The quality of the socks were very poor. Also, I ordered the socks well in advance for Christmas and it took about a month to receive and arrived after Christmas. I emailed customer service for an update and never received a response.

So cute to see my pets faces on my socks. Glad to help other animals too. Win-win!!!!

Socks did not arrive on time, despite being ordered 18 days before Christmas. Worse yet, the sock material quality is poor. Sock feels like thin paper. My wife was disappointed to see such a cute picture of our dog on a late, poorly made sock.

Horrible customer service. Ordered my socks on November 17th, received after Christmas. Quality of socks poor. Emailed twice to customer service, received auto reply that they will get back to me in 72 hours, they never did. Will not use this service again, and have informed others on social media to not waste their money, either.

I ordered two pairs of socks with our pets face on it. I recieved one pair as ordered and one pair with someone else's dog on it. Overall the socks are OK (I would say 3-1/2 stars on there own), but way too expensive for what you get, and not having better quality control on shipments for that cost lowers my score to the two stars.

Socks took 5 weeks to arrive. Ordered them in mid-November, I thought it was plenty early enough for a Christmas gift. They arrived after Christmas. I wish I had been alerted when I ordered that they would not arrive in time for a Christmas gift.
