When I purchased my wife's socks, the ad said, "Order now to receive by Christmas". I never received it by Christmas. I also paid to have three faces on the socks but only got two. When I wrote the company regarding these two issues I never heard back. I wrote twice regarding these two issues and never heard back. Also, they are less like socks and more like tights, very thin and cheap. The item cost me $40. Very disappointed in this whole affair.

Image is so dark , it looks like a black spot. No response to my recent email for assistance. The email address for "please reach out to our Customer Service Team to get things sorted out!" is invalid and my email has been returned

My products turned out very well! I liked the pattern where it was just the pictures all together rather than with a background because it looked a little like a cut-out. I also purchased at the beginning of December so I wasn’t surprised when my customer service email wasn’t answered and the shipment was a bit late. But it was worth it because my daughter loves her blanket and socks! I would definitely order from them again.

I saw a promo for pup socks in the beginning of December stating what a good gift they'd make. So I placed my order on 12/5. The order confirmation stated I would receive them within 8-10 days. I didn't get a ship notification until 12/21 and the socks didn't arrive until 12/29! They were SUPPOSED to be the highlight of Christmas morning because our dog had passed away. So, that was ruined. My hubby likes the socks but I think they run small and the fabric is just strange. I won't be ordering again.

I ordered 3 socks and one mask. They came and one pair of my socks had someone else’s pet on them. I didn’t get my socks with my 2 cats, and all the pictures were horribly shaded alsmost back around the edges.

The pictures on my socks are great! However, the quality of the socks is terrible. They are tube socks (no discernible heel) and the material is a thin, strange, waxy material. I was expecting a soft cotton.

I was disappointed in the socks that I received because my dog's eyes were not visible.
