Socks are not comfortable or stretch. Cannot be worn

I have costumed ordered socks over the past two years for my family. They absolutely love them. They have become an ideal stocking stuffer. The only complaint that I have is the shipping time. So from now on I will put in the order two months ahead of time instead of one month so its not down to the day before Christmas that I receive them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered these as a gift and needed them by Jan 10th. My package arrived with socks with the wrong dog on them. There is no way to contact customer service other than email and it’s now been 6 days with no reply at all on what can be done about this situation. I am sure I will not receive the correct item in time and think it’s really a shame that proper customer service is not in place to handle these kinds of issues. Very disappointing.

NEVER DELIVERED

I wasn't sure if my order was clear, but it came out perfect! Love it thank you so much!! Also, thank you for donating an extra meal for a little critter in need as a thank you for this review. What a brilliant incentive, I hope more companies follow your lead!

I ordered two pairs of socks with photos of our cats for Christmas gifts.They were a huge hit!

Socks are ok. They were highly advertised as the perfect Christmas gift therefore I placed an order well in advance on Dec 6th. Well, they still didn’t make it for Christmas! I reached out twice and all I got back was a standard auto-response “influx in orders, may delay delivery bla bla bla” Since they were a stocking stuffer I had to buy something else and the once they finally showed up way after the holiday the whole effect was over. Won’t buy here again. If you ask for orders and promise a great gift for a holiday but can’t deliver don’t advertise and overload your company with work you can’t handle.

After my order received many emails stating that they received the design and were working on it. However, after not receiving for over two weeks (per there website says you should receive within like 5 business days) I never received a shipping notification so I contacted the email on the page. Received a automated response that someone would get back to me. No one has ever reached out. No email back. Nothing. I received a shipped confirmation but it doesn’t update so it’s just stuck on the waiting pickup. Even when you put for expedited shipping. So after Christmas I was going to reach out to PayPal and once I started a claim the socks showed up in my mailbox. The sock itself aren’t too good of quality. Would not recommend per the customer service is nonexistent and the socks were late in getting shipped and delivered. Tracking information doesn’t work. Sock quality is crap.
