I ordered socks for my fiancé for Christmas and they were the wrong socks. I sent in multiple messages through the website and tried to email and the email came back saying it was invalid. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of communication is less than ideal.

Got the wrong socks, with pictures of dogs that I don't know of, tried to get a refund, but nobody responds be back.

Exchange/Refund? I received someone else's socks in my order instead of the ones I ordered and have been trying to contact them for more than a week and still haven't got a response. Who is this baby? Is he your customer service representative? Now I receive an email to review and the contact email email address doesn't even work. Hello?

This was the best gift for my daughter this year by far! She cried with the mash-up of her kitties which showed the one that had passed as the dominant face. She is seventeen and this was more special to her than any other gift. The quality is fabulous; the pictures transfer excellent. Note to buyers make sure you use a well focused and well lit picture 😉

It was the perfect Christmas gift for my wife.

I ordered socks for my husband and they were way too small. It also took forever to get here. Despite this my husband loved the socks.

This was my worst shopping experience of the year. The socks showed up a week after the website said they would (well after Christmas), the quality of the sock was absolutely terrible (they seem to be plastic tubes with a hard crease — what sock as a hard crease), and the images were absolutely distorted. I have tried to reach them 10 times via their chat / email web functions and keep getting automated messages or return emails. I want a refund and please do not buy these folks.
