I place three orders. Although the concept is wonderful (I especially love the donation part) and the product was cute, I found the sizing to be off, with the socks not fitting the recipients correctly. Overall, the customer service was slow at best, and on one order which I was very disappointed in, they said they would replace it but did not respond to my email regarding the replacement and I never received the new item. I know these are hard times and everyone is doing the best they can, however these are not cheap socks and I expect to be satisfied with a product that I am spending almost $30 on. At the end of the day, the frustration wasn't worth it. Unfortunately I must say I would not order from this company again.

The socks came out perfectly, my son loves them. Our 15 year old Yorkie mix passed last month, so I had the socks made for him with her picture. It was a great stocking stuffer Christmas gift!

Ordered a Christmas present for my mom. It was a blanket with pictures of her first grandson in it. She loves it!! Great quality and super comfy. Now she can cuddle with him wherever she goes!

Overall I had mixed reviews for this company. I ordered socks and a face mask. I ordered on Nov 30th and didn't receive the items until December 23rd. The mask had no structure whatsoever. Just an oval with elastic attached. I wish it could fit around the mouth better instead of just hanging off. There is no metal for the nose either. The socks came out decent but the picture seems so much darker than what I sent in. Might be my fault for the choice of photo, but a preview of the socks would have easily alleviated that problem. I like the idea of the company but I feel it could be executed better.

The face of the dog on the sock is way too dark - so it only looks like the outline of the head. They should have lightened the photo if needed but it did not look that dark when I uploaded it… not sure what went wrong.

Cute socks, image looks good. I ordered with 2 faces, picture is exactly how it was sent. The only issue I have is that the socks aren't your usually socks with stretchy feel, I have order similar and I am assuming that the product used to put the image on is not very stretchy so the image is able to go on better, but because I knew that I ordered a woman size for my 10 year old daughter.

Loved the socks! Gave the argyle style to my husband for Christmas and he loved them!

I ordered socks with a picture of our new dog as a stocking stuffer for my son and the didn’t even come before Christmas (2week lead time). Not ordering from this company again!
