I purchased a space-themed blanket of two cats, a black one and a white one.the quality of the blanket itself is very well-made and soft. The picture qualoty of the black cat was great, but the white one ame out a little darker that white, almost like a light creamy color. I paid for 2 day air mail shipping, but it still took about two weeks, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would do it again.

i received socks w a picture of a dog that i did not provide. not what i ordered at all!! & they don’t allow refunds or returns.

Updated…I finally received the blankets I ordered and am extremely satisfied with them! I still have yet to hear from anyone from this company though which is sad because I would have ordered from them again. I ordered two blankets and have yet to receive them. I have tried to email customer support but the email is invalid. I sent a message on Facebook and Instagram and nothing yet. I would love to give a better review but spending over $100 for nothing is a bad way of doing business. Next step, get my money back.

I am thrilled with the service and the blanket I ordered! Customer service contacted me regarding something they didn’t think they could do on my order. So I replied letting them know their plan was fine and to go ahead. I then asked for them to change the shipping name and address. Not only did they ship it direct for me, the blanket arrived and they were able to do my original request after all! It looked great and my grandson was thrilled! I will be recommending these blankets and socks to everyone!!

If I could give less than 1 star, believe me I would! My son chose these socks as a Christmas gift for his aunt, prior to the deadline for holiday delivery that was listed on the website. Unfortunately, we did not receive the order until after Christmas. If that weren't upsetting enough, the order was incorrect, including the wrong sock design and a photo of a stranger's dog. I'm sure his humans are missing their sock order too! I have reached out to the company and received one automatic reply indicating they were busy working and would respond within 72 hours. That time came and went. The next two emails bounced back as undeliverable. Terribly disappointing experience. Still wondering if we will ever get the correct order. I will be notifying my financial institution and filing a fraud claim.

I ordered a blanket and it came out AMAZING! It was a picture of my nieces snake so I was a little curious as to how it would turn out. It came out soooo good and she loves it sooo much!

So cute! My fiancée loved her Christmas present. I purchased the large blanket and it is the perfect size and it’s so comfy!!! 12/10 pupsocks!

Horrible customer service. Claimed they’d reply back on 48 hours and I’m still waiting for their reply. I ordered a special order on December 6 and their production time said it would arrive before Christmas. I’m still waiting for the product and was forced to buy my secret Santa a different gift. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
