Ordered as a gift the week before Christmas, paid for the “2 day or money back guarantee” option…. It’s now 4th of Jan, no sign of the socks or correspondence so I have opened a PayPal case for a refund. Not even 100% sure this is a real company.

I ordered the blanket as a gift for my brother whose dog passed last year, and it turned out so great. I absolutely love the way it arrived! Though it took some time, it was well worth the wait.

Paid for 2 day shipping and it showed up 2 weeks late. Messaged you contact off the website and never received an answer back. Literally worst customer service ever and product isn't that great

It would have been 5 stars however, I paid for 2 day air shipping with a before Christmas guarantee. My product was not shipped via 2 day air and was received 6 days after Christmas (it was a gift for my daughter). I sent an inquiry about this to this site but have yet to receive a response. Other than the shipping, the products I ordered were amazing. Great quality and a very cute gift! I would order again definitely but would not pay for the higher level of shipping again.

Was disappointed the dog on the socks I ordered doesn't look like my dog.

Product quality is fair and the socks came out cute, but the unusually long wait times pretty much killed the stoke. Communication with the company could have helped to overcome this problem but all attempts were unsuccessful.

Quality of socks wasn't great-- not a true sock material, so I don't think my husband will ever wear them. Kind of a waste of money in my opinion.
