I was very excited to use Pup Socks! I thought it would be a great Christmas gift for my father in-law. Unfortunately, the socks didn’t show up until after Christmas- which was ok because I had other gifts for him but they showed up with the main tag hanging off so they looks damaged and the photo of my father in-laws pup looked terrible! It was so dark you could barely make out his face. I wish someone proofed it or asked me if it looked ok before they printed. The photo I submitted was way clearer! I emailed customer service immediately that I was a disappointed and wanted a reprint or refund and was returned with an automated email saying due to the holidays it might be up to a 72 hour response time... well, it has been over a week since I sent the email and I have heard nothing back. Bummed!

I received my socks 30 days after ordering when the web site said that it would take 10 days. And then the image has a white splotch in all 15 socks I purchased. This was almost $400 order and they look terrible.

I was very unhappy with the product. I reached out and have not received any feedback. This was the gift I was most excited about giving to my girlfriend. It was so bad I couldn’t give it as a gift. The blanket is sitting in the bag in my closet. What can I do?

Placed Order December 5, 2021. - I still have NOT RECEIVED my order. I received a notice on 12-22-21 saying my order shipped, with a tracking number… the tracking number continues to not provide a picked up or delivery date! I have already asked for a refund. Please REFUND my money. Very disappointed in this company. Joni Sherman

I ordered the socks with our dogs face on them. We have a black dog. The picture I had sent you could clearly see our dogs face, eyes, etc...however, when we received the socks all we could see was a black blob. There were no facial features. If they have issues with producing black animals I wish they would note that on their website or at least email me prior to producing the socks that there would be an issue. I emailed them with my complaint and never received a response back. Very disappointed and I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered two weeks before Christmas based on being told that there was still plenty of time to order and receive by Christmas. I did not receive my socks until several days after Christmas. When they shipped on the 21st, the email message said btw, the shipping method we are using is taking 5 days to sort at the facility. Obviously, I would not have ordered these as a Christmas gift if they were going to shipped through the mail on the 21st. When I finally received the socks, the dogs faces were incredibly dark. And there was someone else's socks in my package. So someone else not only didn't get theirs by Christmas, they probably didn't even get them by 2022.

Socks seem to be of decent quality. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and from email indicating my order shipped to receiving was 8 days! Contacted customer support and still have yet to hear back...again 8 days so far. Would not order from again at this point, we'll see if they get back to me and remedy this.

Ordered my socks back in the beginning of December. Ever since then i haven’t gotten one email or confirmation that they’ve been sent. I have no idea where the socks are at cause they didn’t give me a tracking number. I’ve tried reaching out to them and haven’t gotten a response back. I just want my money back and to cancel the order. Worst decision ever going through these people. Absolute joke
