GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

This product(s) are cute but the quality is poor. One of the pairs has what appears to be two different types of textile upon which the picture is printed, and is also snagged in places. The dog’s photo looks good. Overall product quality is poor.

Got the wrong socks. Been 8 days and no answer of how they intend to do to fix it.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. This company only cares about taking your money, they take no care in their customers. They have no customer support and if they send you a completely wrong sock they won’t even respond to your emails to fix the issue. There are so many other companies that do custom socks, but Pupsocks is not it. All these 5 star reviews are fake and paint a false picture of this company. They don’t even have a phone number, look up Pupsocks on BBB. They have terrible reviews and a bunch of claims against them. Maybe this company will realize that customer satisfaction is an important part to keeping a company up an running.

We loved your services! We ordered a pair of custom socks with our sister in law's kitty face aka(Fuzz Buzz Lightyear)on them, and they turned out so adorable! She was so happy about the personalized gift she had tears in her eyes. We will definitely have to order more personalized swag from you guys! Thank you for the smiles!

Ordered pair of custom socks for my daughter for Christmas on Nov 25. Product didn't arrive until Dec 27. Socks look great but defective as in one sock is too tight even though they are the same size. So my daughter can not wear them. I reached out immediately via email and the immediate response was that due to holiday volume it might take 3 days for response. No response at all !

I never received my order. I tried to contact the company but no phone number is listed anywhere! Sent a message via their website on two different occasions, received an email stating they were busy and would get back to me in a few hours but never did. Finally disputed the charge with my credit card company to receive my refund. I WOULD NOT RECEOMMEND THIS COMPANY. No way to contact a person is a BIG RED FLAG! I should have researched this further before placing my order.

The socks look great. I just thought they would be more soft. The material is not soft at all.

The printing and photo quality were great … the actual socks are unwearable. Way too tight and not even sock shaped. Disappointing.
