This is the worst app ever made , please throw the entire app in the trash can. It doesn’t work anyway 😤

This is the absolutely WORST financial platform imaginable! I thought it was just me but decided to find reviews. Jesus, plz take the wheel because it should not be this hard to just LOG IN. I have cleared my cache, closed and reopened the browser, tried it on a different device altogether, attempted to sign up again to create a new username and password, etc. And, get this, if your transaction is declined, they will charge you a fee of $0.50 per transaction...even though you can't check the balance and gotta play Russian Roulette at the register. You literally have to call the phone number on the back of the card to get your balance. This sh*t is not the way2go, bro! And, yes I have asked to change my direct deposit to my actual Bank several times but looks like that will take an act of Congress.

Id give a zero but i cant. It never works. As far as date of experience,Its has worked twice in about the last yr.

This is a complete scam. My card just stopped working , all transactions were denied . App and website were useless as well as customer support. Had to 0000 my way through all of the prompts just to speak to someone. After explaining the situation a second time , I was told that I would need a new card but that I could expedite it for $15.....and there was no issue with that transaction going through......I dont know if I'll get it.

Customer service is horrific. I highly recommend other means. I can’t wait until I don’t have to deal with these people anymore.

the goprogram website continues to be a let down. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I'd rate this trash a negative 12. I hate this website. It never works.

Horrible! Cannot access website 99% of the time. Submitted an ACH transfer that had to be verified. It was and funds were taken from my account. Assuming it would go to my checking account, it did not. Four days after being taken from my account, the funds were re deposited into my account. No transfer. Cannot hear very well nor understand the human on the phone who was not helpful at all. Worst payment processing company I have ever dealt with.

What everyone else said - this company is completely unreliable. Website and app crash all the time.
