Many years ago I had a pet insurance policy with a different company and hated it! Two years ago I decided to get a policy for mybnew kitten and after researching and reading reviews I felt Pet Plan was the best one to fit my needs and I was definitely right. I now have 3 cats insured with Pet Plan and couldn't be happier. If someone isn't feeling well I no longer debate should I take them to the vet today or should I wait. I just go. I have used with our regular vet, specialist and with a trip to the emergency clinic. Using the app on my phone claims are processed quickly and reimbursement checks are very prompt. Pet Plan now offers a breeding program which is absolutely wonderful. When someone picks up their new kitten I can set them up with an insurance trial that begins immediately!! Anyone with a pet really should have Pet Plan!

They couldn't have been nicer. Their representative, Kim, was so compassionate and consoling after we shared the bad news that surgery failed to save our beloved dog from intestinal tract cancer. We received the check very quickly, but it was really the customer service that made such an impression. We are grateful.

I normally do not fill out surveys however, I felt compelled to share the exceptional service I recently got from a happiness manager. I called not too long ago after having some questions on which plan was best for my kittens, Leo and Luna. Kim B was very personable and spent a great deal of time talking me through my options and helped me pick out the best plan. I was impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm. Overall, I had a great experience. It was refreshing to receive such great service from people who clearly know so much about the insurance industry! Thank you!

Our dog, 4 years and 12 lbs had 2 incidents that we had to use our Petplan insurance. Both the Dr's involved and Petplan saved us and our dog. I have recommended Petplan to everyone at every Vet., dog food store and people I know have pets, They are fabulous and understanding

My dog Memphis suffered for years with allergies. Every vet that saw her said it was seasonal. When she stopped eating and had to be hospitalized they said she was depressed and she was put on antidepressants and Xanax.(1 night stay $2000.00 which petplan covered at 90%) Finally a vet suggested I have her allergy tested. So far the testing and meds have cost over $2000.00 pet plan deducted my deducible and reimbursed me at 90% all this is less than 10 days. Memphis is a new dog. She now plays like a puppy, likes having her belly rubbed can be found wherever the other dogs or I am. Previously she would spend all of her days hiding under a piano. The terrible yeasty smell she had is gone. I am so grateful for petplan. Without them I would never be able to afford Memphis care. There customer service team is a delight to work with. Their support allowed us to find not just any veterinarian, but the right specialist. Caring representatives like Suzanne and Kim B. provided guidance to options like pre-authorizations for an expensive procedure and ways to file quickly. In some cases We could file a claim on Monday and, days later, have a check in our hand by Friday. These benefits allowed us to give him excellent care at impressive hospitals and try tests that we normally would have refused without insurance. Which lead us to the life saving procedure. Without a doubt we got our money’s worth choosing this Insurance company. We found them through review sites just like this one. Since then we mention their name to pet owners everywhere. Petplan was there through every test, every procedure, and behind every financial decision. More importantly, throughout our entire ordeal, Petplan made us feel like we weren’t alone. Thanks to them, our little boy continued purring and living a good life. Today is Korben’s 13th birthday. We are so grateful to have these last 5 years with him. We owe it to Petplan Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We would have spent a fortune on Lotti if we hadn't had Petplan - really easy and efficient :D
