Petplan Pet InsuranceReviews of gopetplan.com

Kudos to Emily and Petplan for their handling of new policy options. Courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!

Romy and I have been with petplan since he was 1.5 years old. He is now 10 and the past 5 months have been one hurdle after the next. Petplan has excellent customer service, reimburse claims promptly and have the kindest people on the other end of the phone. Thank you so much Blair G for expediting our claim in basically one day and to be mailed out Monday ! With bill after bill it helps when claims are reimbursed quickly. Thank you for making our day a good day and thank you for your kind words . Deborah B. And Romy

Very happy with all elements involving my pets insurance. Knowing that Pet plan are there to help, give advice and a quality expert service when you need it is a big comfort in your hour of need. Thanks Pet plan!

Petplan- and its representative Blair G.-- worked with me to find a plan that suited us and our Lab, Sobaka. Negotiating insurance plans is complicated but Petplan made it so much easier! Although I hope I never have to use their insurance, at least I know that we are covered and have people at the other end of the line that care about our pet as much as we do.

You know when a bad time to find out that your PetPlan insurance has expired? When you are anxiously sitting at the Vet after having agreed to a bunch of tests for your poor cat who has been peeing outside of his litter box..that's when. But you know what? Thanks to the absolutely caring, and helpful folks at PetPlan this seemingly stressful situation was immediately diffused. Despite not having automatically renewed my Cats pet insurance in November when it expired due to my credit card expiring AND the fact that I switched states (apparently you need to get new coverage when this happens) the awesome folks at PetPlan reinstated my policy like it never happened, and covered the visit. I would like to specifically call out Georgia, whose title I just found out is "happiness manager" for her amazing service. She worked with me over the course of what felt like hours but turned out to only be 18 minutes. She waited patiently as I put her on hold to talk to my vet, and look up details of my policy. She was extremely thoughtful and kind. Listen - pets do crazy things. They get sick, they can't communicate what's wrong and you inevitably end up at the vet. Get insurance for your pet, and get it from these guys because they are awesome.

I have had PetPlan for my pets for a couple of years, but never had to use it. Then I woke up one morning to find one of my cats gasping for breath and barely moving. It was a real medical drama to save her, but a few weeks later she is 100% healthy again. PetPlan talked me through how to submit the claim, followed up with the vet, kept me posted on the progress and paid me back promptly. What more could you ask for?

Kim called me this morning to let me know that they processed my claim for my Akita Kane. She also wanted to check and see how Kane was doing, I found this very personal. Petplan cares about their clients.

Pet Plan has been amazing since the beginning! Having worked with them both in a business capacity and on a personal level insuring my pets (2), they have been there every step of the way. My dog has had two knees replaced (TPLO Surgery) and both times the process was seamless. I tell many pet parents all the time that NOT having pet insurance is like not having health insurance for your children. Accident happen and you want to be protected. Over $10K in medical expenses in <1.5 years, most taken care of by Pet Plan. Pet parents, do yourself a favor and protect your 4 legged loved ones like you would your kids. Its worth every penny because when an accident happens or even a routine visit, rest assured Pet Plan is there! Thank you Pet Plan team!!! :)
