I worked with Katee who really took the time to know who my family and dog were and suggest a policy that not only fit our budget but covered all of the things that we needed in case something were to happen to our dog. She never got short or seemed aggravated by all of our questions and did a great job explaining the differences in policies and prices.

I have had a great experience with PetPlan for my little puppy girl. I spoke with Blair Gordon, who explained the letter PetPlan recently sent me with my new quote options to update my plan. It is affordable and their service is great. Blair was very helpful and walked me through my options, and was very friendly, too!

Worth every penny! My pup had a cancerous tumor removed to save his life. Clearly it's not a cheap endeavor, but had to be done. My claim got a hung up a few weeks not on Petplan's end, but my vet's end (they misread dates of documentation). I didn't realize it until I spoke with someone at insurance company. The customer service representative, Georgia S., I chatted with, gave me her direct email so she could receive the documentation and expedite my claim to that department, in hopes to resolve a straightforward case. We got our reimbursement checks within days - very much needed! Highly recommend them!!

I have had PetPlan since we adopted our puppy in 2013. My husband and I have recently moved to Collegeville, PA and was unaware that we needed to have a whole new policy since we moved out of state. Nick from PetPlan was able to seamlessly transfer all of our information into a new policy and offer great customer service. He was able to answer all of our questions and make sure there was no lapse in coverage. We appreciate all of his help and the quick turnaround!

Hi Petplan, I wanted to thank your company for the way you help Families like mine during times of extreme despair which is created by our loved ones being ill. I especially wanted to thank Emily Briggs and point Her out to your leadership for Her compassion, caring and extremely great service! Your company has helped my Family a great deal in the past due to Sissy Sky and Erasmus Blue becoming very ill and requiring an incredible amount of care. The extreme care given to Erasmus Blue has led to him being here with me today. He is my beloved Son and I am indebted to your company forever for help in paying bills associated with His care. Recently Erasmus Blue and Boo Boo Ra have both become ill at the same time. They have both required extensive care. This has led to numerous insurance claims in addition to my spending as much time as possible caring for them. At times I just want to cry as I feel so overwhelmed. One of those times happened last week while I tried to submit a claim for several prescription medicines that I received from a custom prescription pharmacy that doesn’t submit insurance claims. Previously I had decided not to submit these claims and only claims by Hospitals that submitted the forms for me were submitted. But as my bills have risen recently I decided to try to submit these past claims. I went to the pharmacy and was given paperwork concerning these medicines and then tried to submit them to your company. That led me to contact Emily who forwarded my claims to your claim department who didn’t understand how many claims I was submitting due to my poor submittal package of the claims. I had tried to minimize my time as I have been caring for my Cats who require a significant amount of care at this time. It has been very hard to properly care for them and to simultaneously take care of other tasks I would normally be doing leading me to feel overwhelmed. Emily contacted me after I had tried to let a claim person know that I didn’t think they understood my claims based upon an email they sent me. Emily volunteered to organize my package and help the claim people understand the many different claims that were included in it. Emily was an answer to my prayers! Her efforts, which were well beyond anything I could have expected or hoped for, as well as Her words of comforting support, were something I will always be extremely grateful for and why I’m writing this letter. You should all be very proud of PetPlan as I am sure you help many Families like mine. You should also be very proud of Emily Briggs. She is a very compassionate person and great employee! Her caring and helpfulness make your company one to be proud of. I read that Emily’s title is “Happiness Manager” and I think it is a great title for Her as I know that when She helped me while I was feeling so overwhelmed that it made me cry. This past week I had to file a claim for my dog Nolen. He had developed an infected toe. My first problem was that the format of the web site had changed and I could not print out the claim and medical release forms I called the main number and after a short wait I was connected to Emily Briggs. She quickly explained how to download the forms and stayed on the line til I got them off my printer. Then I told her I wasn't going to renew my policy because the new premium was way out of my comfort zone. She showed me how we could lower the max from 20K to 10K and raise the deductable. In no time she had a premium that I was comfortable with. Everyone was happy. She is knowledgable and efficient and a great asset to your organization. Feel free to share my comments.

Hello, On 4/28/17, my 7 year old English cocker spaniel, Zoey, had to have surgery to remove a cyst on her ear. The operation went smoothly. And so did my experience with PetPlan. I spoke with Ms. Emily Briggs, who helped me acquire the needed paperwork from my vet. Shortly after, I received an email from her informing me the claim was approved and my refund was on the way. Emily's communication and patience while working with me on the phone was comforting, especially after my dog's surgery. She is a professional and represents the PetPlan family well.
