I have had Pet Plan insurance for about 7 years and consider it to be one of the best. I had some very negative experiences with another (large) pet insurance company (service terrible) and decided to make a change. I researched all the pet insurance plans and decided on Pet Plan. I was so glad that I did. Not only are their plans great but their people are just as great. Wonderful customer service from people who really care about your pet and what is going on with them. I give this company 5 stars for excellence. If you are going to have a pet, I believe it is very important to have Pet Insurance. . . so, look no further. Go with Pet Plan, you won't be unhappy. Among their stellar service reps is Emily Briggs, who is great in every way. She really has gone the extra mile. Bravo to Pet Plan for having such a smart, caring, responsible, professional employee.

Excellent customer support. We had an issue with records being sent and Mark Flaherty was instrumental in keeping us in the loop and helping on getting information that was needed. I would highly recommend this pet insurance company to anyone interested in making sure their pets are able to receive the best help available in the pet care industry when the need arises--and it inevitably does! I spoke at length with a customer service rep named Mark who was happy to take the time to answer all my questions, enabling me to make an informed decision about insuring my pets.

Pet Plans unconditional coverage, even for the stupid is amazing. My 4 year old dog has had 3 knee surgeries covered by Pet Plan. I thought for sure we would be dropped or our fees would skyrocket but they didn't. Now my dumb dog swallowed something resulting in a intestinal obstruction and needed emergency surgery. They covered it without a bit of red tape, just a couple of weeks after submitting our paperwork we received our check in the mail! I cannot say enough about their amazing coverage (even for the stupid stuff) and their great customer service.

Emily was great and made the process of filing my claim very simple. She took the time to ask how my my puppy Hula was doing after eating a bee, and even made a personal follow-up phone call a week after we spoke to see how Hula was doing! Petplan has been great for my family. They have knowledgable and caring members on their team and it gives us peace of mind knowing we have good insurance coverage for our pets. This claim was over $1,000.00 and having Petplan made the emergency situation a lot less stressful. I highly recommend Petplan for pet insurance.

I submitted my claims online and then called customer service two days later. Emily Briggs was absolutely amazing and such a wonderful help. She helped expedite Tucker's claims and I could not be happier with her professionalism and friendliness. She was a pleasure to speak with and I am so happy you have such caring service reps who truly care about our pets. A++++++++

When i first got my little Bully, we all knew that she might have a chance of having breathing problems, due to their short nose. Petplan has been amazing ever since I joined. They are quick to answer all of your questions, if there are things missing for your claims, they get on it right away. I'm writing this review because I truly think they are above and beyond. If you have a pet, please get pet insurance through petplan. Shout out to Mark and John for answering all my questions within 24 hours. You guys are the best! And also everyone at Petplan! :DDDDD Keep it up!

PetPlan was so helpful and quick with the claims process. They are true to their policy and all staff memebers I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and helpful!
