This is a great pet insurance company! I began insuring my cat when he was 3.5, and he just passed away a few days ago, having turned 11 last month. He got lymphoma cancer 16 months ago. Pet Plan fulfilled the agreement and never, ever denied him medical treatment. I got the maximum protection for him, and it gave me such peace of mind to be able to give him all the medical care that he needed while we were battling his lymphoma. I got a renewal letter, and it was almost exactly the same as this past year. No increase. The claims were processed quickly. When I get another cat I will insure him again with PetPlan.

Our 2 year old chocolate lab had a luxating patella that required surgery to correct. PetPlan was very helpful in processing the pre-authorization (which was optional) and the final invoice claims. They promised to refund our costs within 30 days. 48 hours after submitting the final invoices through their mobile device, they e-mailed me letting me know a check had been cut and sent. Emily Briggs from customer service was extremely helpful in resolving my claim. She helped me process the missing paperwork and when I forgot to submit a couple claims, she submitted them for me when I e-mailed proof to her. I highly recommend PetPlan for your pet insurance needs.

Mark in customer support was amazing. He actually understood my issue (instead of repeating it back to me, saying how sorry he was about it, and then doing nothing - which seems to be the trend in customer service lately), took the time to explain to me what happened, and corrected the problem! He also went out of his way to help me adjust my policy so I felt good about it. There has been a steep price increase in the premium recently, but Mark left me feeling like i have the best policy I can with the new system and am not missing out. Thank you Mark

Very Happy With Pet Plan they really Care about there customer`s and the Animals , There fast with helping in any kind of issue or Matter , and filing your claim is so fast and receiving your Portion back is fast and Prompt .. Very Happy to have Covered Under Pet Plan ... Thank you

Honestly, i'm blown away by the representative/customer relationship this company offers. We've held a policy with PetPlan for almost two years and have nothing but EXCELLENT experiences the entire time (claims made and paid extremely fast). I actually called them to discuss our policy before our renewal today... at 10:30pm... Would you believe I got probably the most friendly and helpful human on the plant. Nick B. was more than helpful in answering my questions and had a genuine concern for the well-being of my gun dog Bailey. I guess this is why they're one of the best in the industry and the reason i'll be a customer for years to come. Thanks Petplan!

I needed help to get pre approval for service that my dog was to receive, Tami helped me through out the entire process, she was knowledgeable, kind and understanding. It is not very often, in today's world with all the self service and automated systems that you get to talk with a real person, Tami was outgoing and very helpful. I wish more companies had employees of her caliber I give her a solid 10

Caitlin W. and the rest of the staff at Petplan were so helpful and made the process of my claim easy to understand. She worked in a timely manner and called me back to give me timely updates. It is because of her and Petplan I was able to focus on my dog's post-surgery care and know that the insurance was being handled!
